Beautiful villa situated in the town of Castellana Grotte in a panoramic position in the gentle hills that slope down toward the sea. The charming village of Polignano and the coast can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. At the guests' disposal: a large and well equipped garden, swimming pool (6x12) (towels for pool supplied) equipped with changing room with shower and WC, tennis court and mini-golf. Do not miss seeing the famous Grotte di Castellana (caves), the Trulli in Alberobello and the Itria Valley. Parking inside the property (garage for 1 car). It is possible to have breakfast (to be paid on the spot). DISTANCES: 500 m (grocery shop), 2 km Castellana Grotte, 12 km Polignano, 25 km Fasano (golf course and spa at the Masseria San Domenico) 45 km Bari (airport), 65 km Brindisi.
ACCOMMODATION: (250 m2) Gr. fl.: entrance/large living room (TV) with fireplace, lounge area/dining room with access to the garden and the swimming pool, kitchen/dining room (table for 6, oven, dishwasher) with adjacent shaded and equipped veranda for outdoor dining, 1 large double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine. 1st fl.: 1 master double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with bath and shower and double washbasin. From the entrance going up a few stairs you access 1 twin bedded room (beds can be put together) and a panoramic terrace. Baby-bed and high-chair on request and free. For stays longer than one week, each Saturday there will be mandatory cleaning that is free of charge. Possibility of domestic help and a cook on request. Pleasant furnishings. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
