All rooms have French windows opening out on to the spectacular gardens. There is an impressive, large living area, with high beamed ceilings and, down a few steps, a lower level on which you will find the elegant dining room. In addition to the living room this property also benefits from a separate television room. One of the bedrooms has an independant entrance and is totally separated from the villa, situated in the annexe at the side of the pool sharing spectacular views, with its own kitchenette and en-suite shower room. The private fenced swimming pool, situated a little way from the villa, has wonderful countryside views and outside furniture. The village of St. Paul en Forêt is less than 2 kms with forest walks, and the resorts of Cannes and St Raphael are a short drive. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
