The house that you rent from us should be seen as a home of a special standard, and we expect that you will treat the house as your own home. When Rock Bottom Special is used, Last Minute Deal does not apply.

It's a large Fridge for French standards, and just a medium one for US standards, but it works well. The kitchen was built just December of 2004, but has that old charm with marble tops, a giant black oven/stove and the exposed stone walls.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This bed is sooooo great, you won't want to get up, that's the only problem.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Owner's Note:This is our little boy's room, and is decorated likewise. You'll also have to not mind the other couple walking through to get to their bed, because there is no hallway, just your room and past your room is the Master Bedroom. We wanted to keep an eye on him that way. And anyway with the doors closed you have your privacy.
Bathroom 1 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.
As you walk out of the front door, you'll be faced with village top, very fairy tale like. And that's the view from the front windows and bedroom windows as well, and out back on the terrace you can see for miles, mountains, trees, houses, etc. Lovely view just over the back and down below to the little restaurant when they have the violinists playing and all the lights twinkling.
Swimming pool is nearby. It is just like living at a resort being here. You just have to walk about 60 meters to the municipal pool. There are also tennis courts and a large park there. The pool fee is tiny- just a couple euros per person and it's huge and very very clean with changing rooms and lifeguards on duty-
The A/C is an independent unit in the bedroom.
• The nearest international airport is NICE just 45 minutes away. A local one is Cannes. And if you prefer flying on a glider, it's here in Fayence!
The closest train is just in St. Raphael, just 40 minutes from here.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). A ten minute drive will get you to the Four Seasons Resort Provence at Terre Blanche which offers some of the best year-round golfing in Europe. Two courses wind through pine and oak-clad hills and valleys, providing golfers with sweeping views of neighbouring villages and the Southern Alps.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The drive to the nearest ski resort is less than 1 hour. The closest ski resort is Mont Greoliere.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a boulangerie just around the corner. A Super U, the local grocery store, just a three minute walk away, and fine restaurants within walking distance as well. You can hike up to the village top for shopping, or walk up to the local antique dealers a street away.
• Lac. St. Cassien and is just ten minutes down the road, if that. They have restaurants and beaches and boats and canoes- lots of fun! The closest beach is just a half hour away. And there's a lake with beaches just ten minutes down the road that's lovely - Lac St. Cassien.
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. .

When making a reservation, a down payment of 30% of the total rent must be paid within 8 days after the initial reservation. This payment confirms and ensures your reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid at the latest 6 weeks prior to arrival. Information on the specific payments to be made is sent separately.
Cancellation of a reservation without cost may occur if more than 8 weeks remains until planned arrival. In the case of cancellation later than 8 weeks prior to the planned arrival date, we will attempt to rent the home to another guest. If this can be done, the down payment will be returned minus a cost for administration of €100. If the home cannot be rented to a new guest the deposit is lost.
If reservation is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, then reservation can only be made by payment of rent in full.

• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of discuss price.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
