This is 2 bedroom unit. It can sleep 3 couples fully furnished. Clean bath room with shower. The attached is perfect for private BBQ underneath a Weeping Willow tree. All rooms have windows and good ventilation.

It takes about 20 minutes to reach Ionia or Greenville. Both cities offer a Meijer Supercenter as well as a variety of national chain dining/shopping experiences.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 2 boats. Hammell Lake is one of the best fishing lakes in the area for Large mouth Bass, Rock Bass, Bluegill, Perch, Crappie, Sunfish, and Northern Pike. We have a pavilion which is in between the lake and a pond. A viewing/lounging area is available on the second level. In addition, there is a deck on the lake off one of the docks where you can relax, have a meal, or simply take in the scenery. Beach Equipment: Row Boat.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 5 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
