This unit has a nice sized bathroom with plenty of light. In the Fall you can see the lake from the window. It is a center unit but there is only one room on the south side the north side is a closet. The kitchen is equipped with a medium sized refrigerator, stove and cooking and eating utensils.

We have a pavilion which is in between the lake and a pond. A viewing/lounging area is available on the second level. In addition, there is a deck on the lake off one of the docks where you can relax, have a meal, or simply take in the scenery. Beach Equipment: Row Boat.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 5 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 7:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
