A quiet, spacious and comfortable room with a cozy and intimate feel. Includes eat in kitchen, large closet and bathroom with tub and shower. This room can easily be equipped with another twin sized bed and the king sized bed can be separated into 2 twin sized beds to comfortably accommodate 3 people. There is picture window that faces the east that gives you a beautiful view of the woods.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 5 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
