    WAVIER IN CONSIDERATION for permission to participate in activities at this vacation home, I release and discharge this vacation home from any and all liability, claims, rights, or causes or actions that I or my executor, administrator, conservator, other legal representative, beneficiaries, heirs, or assigns may have as a result of death, and/or any injuries or damages occurring to me or my children arising out of participation in the following activities: camping, fishing, hunting, boating, and more specifically use of the premises for such parties and/or the condition of the premises. I AGREE that I will supervise any and all children during their stay at this vacation home. I FURTHER AGREE that at no time will I permit any children (under the age of 18) to swim in the lake surrounding this vacation home.

Hammell Lake is one of the best fishing lakes in the area for Largemouth Bass, Rock Bass, Bluegill, Perch, Crappie, Sunfish, and Northern Pike. We have a pavilion which is in between the lake and a pond. A viewing/lounging area is available on the second level. In addition, there is a deck on the lake off one of the docks where you can relax, have a meal, or simply take in the scenery. Beach Equipment: Row Boat.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 2 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Cash - Western Union
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 8 years old.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
