This home is located in the old part of downtown Fernie. It sits on a quiet road surrounded by a large garden with mature trees and shrubs. Although situated in a quiet area, you are a 5 minute walk away from the cinema, the swimming pool, restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets. In the house you'll find a selection of fine artwork, adding even more to the feel good factor. The house has been renovated to a very high standard, with exposed brick walls as well as a brick fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere on those cold winter days. Every effort has been made to make your stay a memorable one.

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
