Welcome to our Mountain Modern condo at the base of Fernie Alpine Resort ski hill. The condo recently underwent extensive renovation at the hands of one of the premier builders in the Elk River Valley. Extensive use of Alder wood and Slate tiling provides an ambiance that is elegant, yet warm, modern, calm and comfortable. You will be astounded by the view of the ski hill and surrounding mountains from your living area and bedrooms. Doorstep shuttle service takes you everywhere you need to go. This unit will definitely help make your time in Fernie a memorable experience.

Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). During the ski season, a regular shuttle bus is available for $1 to take you from your door to the ski lifts. Transit time is about 1 minute. At lunch time or at the end of your ski day, you can ski directly back to our building.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). During the ski season, you can take the 5 minute walk to a number of different dining options on the ski hill. If you want to go into town and prefer not to drive, there is a shuttle bus available.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - PayPal - Email Money Transfer
We are set up to take payments on PayPal, and this is our preferred method. PayPal allows you to use your credit card, and it helps us to organize and keep track of your payments. We will accept credit card payments and direct money transfers through PayPal. We will only accept a PayPal eCheck for booking deposits at least 21 days in advance of your stay.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
