1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
