Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

2 people in the group must be 28 years of age or older, proof required.
NO Skis, Boards & Bikes allowed in the Unit. They can be locked in the locker under the front stairs (assigned to the unit).
Bikes can be locked up on the back deck. Use back stairs to bring bikes up to the deck. DO NOT bring bikes in through the Unit.
Dirty dishes MUST be put in the dishwasher & turned on upon departure.
All garbage MUST be thrown out in the green bin at the end of the parking lot upon departure.

View

The main view to the south west is a panoramic view of the ski hill and Lizard Range of the Rocky Mountains. The view to the north and east is of the beautiful Elk River with parkland and tall trees on the opposite side of the river with mountains in the background.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
For last minute bookings full payment is due at the time of booking.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
