Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed along with two night tables and a dresser for extra clothes. A sliding glass door allows entrance to the full sized closet with hangers to store more of your wardrobe.
Bedroom
1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This room has two separate single beds, two night tables as well as a dresser to store your clothing. A full sized closet takes care of the rest of the storage for you wardrobe.
Living Room
1 Queen Pull Out (sleeps 2). The hide-a-bed in the living room is very comfortable and easily sleeps two. All the bedding and the pillows are provided for the pull out.
Bathrooms
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
View
This unit is on the Northeast side of the complex. It provides a view of the river valley as well as a mountain view when the leaves have fallen.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). When it comes to dining, Fernie's diversity of fine restaurants and pubs will meet everyone's tastes.
• Nearby Attractions: Excellent public tennis courts are a 10 minute drive away. Beaches and lakes to enjoy are a short half hour car ride west of Fernie. Lake Kookanusa as well as Surveyors Lake are two fine examples.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (7 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $90.00 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
