Conveniently located overlooking the Elk River- 5 minutes from your first lift or to the center of town, we offer you a warm comfortable setting with new amenities such as bedding, linens, TVs, stereo and BBQ. Ski shuttle bus service pick up and drop off - at the end of the complex driveway! We look forward to welcoming you as our preferred guests.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Email Money Transfer
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 pet is allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
