Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • Dogs and Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
