Mountain Home

Our house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and will sleep 8-10 people comfortably. It is fully equipped with linens, cooking/eating utensils, BBQ, washer & dryer, boot dryer & outdoor hot tub. We have a large backyard with deck, plenty of parking space, and mountain views from everywhere!

The living area/dining room is very spacious, with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen home theatre system, cable, wireless internet, and fantastic views of the mountains. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay stress-free.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
