Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 50.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Email Money Transfer, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
