Front of the unit faces south. Parking is at the front of the unit with another of the complex buildings directly across. To the east it is forested to the edge of the parking area. View from the bedrooms at the rear of the unit is to the north with mountains to the north and northeast.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). Less than 10 minute drive to the parking lot of Fernie Alpine Resort. A commercially operated shuttle bus can also be accessed with a 5 minute walk from the unit.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Several sitdown and fastfood restaurants are a 10 minute walk away. The larger shopping and dining areas are 10-15 minutes further to walk and a vehicle is recommended. Taxi service is available.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $200 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less $50) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 1 years old stay free.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
