All of your holiday fundamentals are here i.e.wood stove, hot tub, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, large living room, TV/games room, and convenient mudroom/garage for skis, bicycles, and sports gear! The house is designed to appeal to contemporary tastes. Views of the surrounding forests are provided on the surrounding patio, and from the outdoor hot tub!

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The Fernie Golf and Country Club is less than a 10 minute drive from this chalet. There are 3 other golf courses within 1 hour from the chalet and 4 more within 1 1/2 hours drive.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A 9 minute walk to the lift(Elk Quad)and a 5 minute walk from the run.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). A small convenience store, coffee shop and four restaurants are located at the resort centre which is a 10 minute walk away. The larger shopping and dining areas are in the town of Fernie which is too far to walk to but there is a transit service available or you can drive 5 minutes to get there.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $25/week.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
