Five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living areas, a kitchen with two ovens, a laundry room, two fireplaces, an outdoor hot tub, an attached garage.... Thirteen people sleep in beds. No hide-a-beds in this chalet!
Enjoy the famous Fernie powder and ski back to the lodge. Fly fish the Elk River and return to soak in the hot tub. Mountain bike, hike or just relax and enjoy the quiet.

2 Single/Twin Beds (sleeps 2). ONE BUNK BED, SLEEPING A TOTAL OF TWO PEOPLE. This is a small bedroom with an antique dresser and a bunk bed. It is accessed through the master bedroom. Large double hung window.

From the loft is a view of the ski runs in Timber Bowl and Curry Bowl. From the main floor, our guests will assume that they are alone in the woods, with just a glimpse of one other house through the trees.

85 foot deck with 10 foot 54 inch wide picnic table, BBQ, and 8 person hot tub. Two bistro tables with chairs. Ample room for lounging.

Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The drive to the nearest golf course is approximately 10 minutes. It is in the town of Fernie.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the Timber Chair (through the ski tunnel) is approximately 10 minutes. One can ski back to the lodge.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). On the hill, one can walk to the shops and dining in around 10 minutes. There is fine dining in Lizard Creek Lodge and in "The Wood" restaurant in The Griz Inn. Lizard Creek Lodge has health spa & gift shops. The drive into Fernie for shopping and dining is 5-10 minutes.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
Damage deposit equal to one night's rent required. Owner will accept an email money transfer.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 3 years old stay free. A High Chaircan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
