The base lifts are a 7 minute walk from the door of this comfortable, 5 bedroom chalet. From the back deck, only a quiet lake and the base of the ski area lie between you and a view of all five ski area bowls. At night, watch lights of the snow cats grooming the mountain as you dine at the eight-foot harvest dining table. Aside from a spacious living room, it is equipped with a downstairs family room with TV and wet bar.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A small convenience store,coffee shop and 3 restaurants are a 6 minutes walk away. The larger shopping and dining areas are too far to walk to but there is a transit service available and the town of Fernie is only 6km away.
• The drive to a public beach on the lake takes about 35 minutes.

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
