Ten minutes to spacious Leisure Centre with swimming pool, water slide, etc. Extra well equipped kitchen for entertaining large group. Can be combined with adjacent unit for double the space.

There are no facilities in complex but there is a community leisure centre nearby where guests can pay to use pool/water slide, etc (hotel doesn't allow guests). Entry is electronic key pad. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged if there are no tenants immediately before or after your stay.

• Unit is a 2 minute walk to the Elk river, 30 minute drive to Surveyor's Lake (Kikumun Provincial Park). Surveyor's Lake (Kikumun Provincial Park) has 2 beaches and wonderful clear, warm water in the summertime. It is located a 30 minute drive west of Fernie on Highway 3.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
In ski season re-booking or a credit will be negotiated if conditions are unskiable.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
