The unit borders the Elk River: great for wading and inner-tubing. The unit is right by the Elk River, internationally famous for fly fishing and lazy days floating on an inner tube. The river has many access points for wading and swimming. Cool, clean water from mountain springs. Other swimming destinations include: Island Lake Lodge - a magnificent publicly-accessible lake on the grounds of this famed lodge. Views like no other. A 10 km drive from the unit up a summer road. Maiden Lake - Small lake in town. Dozens of alpine lakes, rivers and Provincial/National parks in area.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
Use any major credit card to reserve, through PayPal. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to first night of stay, receive a 100% refund of total booking, less any fees incurred. Cancellations 59 or less days prior to first night of stay, receive a 100% credit for a future stay at this unit within 12 months of original booking(subject to availability), less any fees incurred.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 31 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50-$80.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
