• 3hr drive to Calgary International Airport. 1Hr drive to Cranbrook, BC regional Airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). 5 min drive to golf course.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). Close to Ski hill--only a short 5 min drive. You can view the skihill from the complex.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The Lodge has a restaurant and a convience store. A 5 min drive to shopping and many other restaurants.
• One minute walk to Elk river,and 10 minutes to Maiden lake. Dozens of provincial and national parks in area. 30 mins to Surveyors lake. (Kikumn Provincial Park) Surveyors lake (Kikumn Provincial Park)has two beaches and wonderful clear warm water in the summertime. Drive west of Fernie on Highway 3.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 2 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
