Private front patio for summer dinners, with incomparable views. Located in the Fernie 'Town and Area' sector.

The unit borders the Elk River: great for wading and inner-tubing. The unit is right by the Elk River, internationally famous for flyfishing and lazy days floating on an inner tube. The river has many access points for wading and swimming. Cool, clean water from mountain springs. Other swimming destinations include: Island Lake Lodge - a magnificent publically-accessible lake on the grounds of this famed lodge. Views like no other. A 10 km drive from the unit up a summer road. Maiden Lake - Small lake in town. Dozens of alpine lakes, rivers and Provincial/National parks in area.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    Cancellations with 30-59 days prior notice will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations with 15-29 days prior notice will receive a 60% refund. Cancellations with 7-14 days prior notice will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 7 days will receive a 50% credit for a future stay within 12 months of original booking.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
