    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 40%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 50.00/pet will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
