Luxury 3 bedroom/2 bathroom lodge on the banks of the Elk River, only 3 minutes from Fernie Ski Resort. The house has a beautifully furnished open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with vaulted ceilings, river rock fireplace, deck off the living area, and a Juliet balcony off the dining area. The spacious master double bedroom has a large en-suite with whirlpool tub and is located on the same floor as the living area. The lower entrance floor has 1 double bedroom, 1 bunk room (bottom bunk is a double), 1 bathroom, and a changing/storage area for ski/sports equipment.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Western Union

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 200.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
