Hot Tubs, hot tubs, hot tubs! We have 4 new luxurious condos located in the heart of Fernie. All condos have 3 large bedrooms each beautifully furnished and complete with queen size bed. The master bedroom is a retreat of its own with a T.V. and a jacuzzi equipped ensuite. A second jacuzzi in the main bath, and a 1/2 bath on the main floor means everyone can share in the luxury and morning shower line-ups are avoided. New 8 person outdoor hot tub with built-in stereo is shared with two other units.
Only eight minutes to ski hill or one block to shuttle service for late sleepers!

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A fee of 10.00/pet/day (Max of 300.00) will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
