Fernie is a fantastic resort that is not overly busy winter or summer. Unlimited mountain/lake activities. Ski the hill in winter or downhill mountain biking in summer. Walk 3 minutes to some of the best fly fishing in British Columbia.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
    There will be a 10% surcharge on Paypal payments.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free. A High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
