Ski Fernie Condo

Our condo at Stone Creek Fernie is in a lovely position and is only 3-4 minutes walk to the the ski lifts, and you can ski back in. It is beautifully equipped and maintained with everything you need for a lovely holiday. The balcony where the hot tub is situated is not overlooked and is great for relaxing.
The unit accommodates 6 comfortably and can take 8 easily. The unit is fully cleaned prior to your arrival with linen and towels supplied. We are sure you will enjoy your stay. Our rates are very competitive being at least 20% less than through rental agencies at most times.

The front of the property looks out onto the Ski Hill with views from the Bedroom windows looking up the mountain. The rear of the property has views down the mountain from the Lounge and Balcony which is tree lined and private.

There is a local store on the ski hill only 3-4 minutes away, on the ski hill there are several restaurants, Kelseys, The Wood, Lizard Creek, Gabrialla's Italian. You can also dine in Fernie town using the free evening ski bus which only takes 10 minutes.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Travelers Cheques
Our preferred method of payment is to request the payment from you through Paypal to your email address, this is straight forward and simple, you do not need to have a Paypal account, then you can pay by credit/debit card and it is safe and the funds are transfer directly to our account. We can accept personal cheques preferably in UK Sterling amounts which we can advise (at no extra cost). If you insist on paying in your own currency on a personal cheque we will advise the amount due based on the current exchange rates and we will add a banking charge for processing the cheque into our bank account (this can be expensive).

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $95.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
