Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
