The bus is about a 1 minute walk from the property.

Small markets, restaurants and cafes are available and close to the apartment in Çalýþ Beach.
Attractions
Tennis is 5 minute walk.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a pond. A small pebbles beach, gradual for a short distance is a -1 minute walk from the property. There is access to a windsurfer. Çalýþ Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Fethiye. Supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants are available at the seafront.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposit is accepted via bank account. The rest of the money is paid in cash at the time of arrival.
