Payments and Policies

Payment Details

35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 35) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
RESERVATION DATE&CHANGING RESORTS If the tenant wishes to change the reservation dates or the resort,they will have to inform us 7 days prior to their Holiday. There is a charge of €50 for this particular service.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 5 EUR daily.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
