Apartment in Fethiye

This new complex is now under fresh management with a very active owners forum to deal with any problems. The pool is now in excellent condition and we have put in place free buses for local markets and special trips. The food in the restaurant has improved tremendously and the weekly bar-b-que is not to be missed. We would recommend hiring your own car for sightseeing as there is a tremendous amount of interesting adventures to be had in surrounding towns and beaches. The new staff, both hospitality and security are extremely helpful. It is a great place for children and adults alike.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 35) are refunded.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 5 EUR daily.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
