• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Lot's of bars, restaurants within 5 minutes of the villa. Shop 3 minutes away. • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. You are 40 meters from the beach - out of the complex and you are there!
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
