Torrepietro is a property made up of an ancient 13th century look-out tower (100 m2), recently transformed into a characteristic holiday residence and a19th century villa, built on the ruins of an ancient fort. The two units are only a few meters from one another and each have their own equipped outdoor area and a large piece of land with an Italian garden behind the villa. Peaceful position. View of the property and hills. Shared parking and access to the 2 units with a remote controlled opening and near the entrance is a small indepenent house. Access to the property along 200 m of dirt track road. It is possible to go for walks. It is possible to book the two accommodations together for 12-14 sleeping spaces with the name TORREPIETRO. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: The old city centre of Florence is only 18 km faraway. 13 km Fiesole, 18 km the Mugello valley with its characteristic villages such as Vicchio (birthplace of Giotto) and Scarperia (famous for its medieval centre and handicraft knives). 2 km Pratolino (food shops, bus service for Florence and the Mugello).
ACCOMMODATION: (The Villa 250 m2) Gr. fl.: living room with fireplace that communicates with the dining room (TV) and access onto a terrace and to the garden, kitchen (oven, freezer, washing machine) that communicates with a small living room that leads to an equipped terrace (approx. 50 m2), 1 bathroom with bath. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with four-poster bed and bathroom with bath, 1 spacious double bedroom with access onto a pleasant covered and equipped terrace, 2 twin bedded rooms one of which has a terrace, 1 bathroom with bath. It is possible, on request, to have a moveable bed included in the price.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
