Pleasant apartment (180 m2) in an ancient 18th C. villa situated in one of the most beautiful and prestigious areas of Florence. Panoramic view over the Florentine hills. Peaceful position. Enclosed property and where part of the garden is equipped and reserved for the guests use (abt. 1000 m2). Parking space (one car only). DISTANCES: The villa is on a hill, half-way between Florence and Fiesole. Just 200 m. away is a public telephone and a bus stop, 1 km various shops.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: Living-room (TV) with access to the garden, dining-room, scullery (washing-machine, cupboard), kitchen (freezer, dishwasher), 1 bathroom with hip bath. 1st. fl.: 1 double bedroom, 2 twin-bedded rooms, one with a small balcony with panoramic view, 1 bathroom with bath. Reasonably comfortable furniture with some period pieces. The attic and one wing of the villa are used by the owner. Central heating. Baby-bed available (Euro 35/week/each)..

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
