Situated inside the Villa Centofinestre estate at the beginning of the tree-lined avenue that leads to the villa, Casa Telesforo (180 m2) is a particularly charming building that has been recently restored with great care and is spread out onto three floors. Reserved and equipped outdoor area. Shared with the 4 apartments in the owners villa: swimming pool (13 m diameter - 3.8 m deep), which is not suitable for children in that it has been created from an old tub that is very deep and is located in the villa's park approx. 200 m away. Extra cleaning is available upon payment. Barbecue. Parking. DISTANCES: Just 2.5 km from the town of Filottrano (all kinds of shops), 20 km Jesi and its castles, approx. 25 km from the rocky cliffs of Mount Conero, the beaches of the seaside town, the city of Ancona and the Falconara airport.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: 1 bedroom with a small double bed (140 cm), laundry room (washing machine), a few rooms that are closed off to the guests. 1st fl.: living/dining room with fireplace and divan bed, kitchen/dining room (6-person table, oven, dishwasher, 2 burners), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi bath. 2nd fl.: 1 large double bedroom with fireplace, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi bath and wardrobe cupboard. Wall safe. Tastefully furnished with period pieces. Central heating. Baby-beds available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
