Special Conditions

The resort is currently under construction, however there is minimal construction in the vicinity of our cottage. From the vantage point of our cottage, the construction is not apparent.

All occupants must be a minimum of 25 unless they are part of a family group.

View

The cottage is part of a lake front resort situated on a gently sloping hillside south of Fintry Provincial Park. A large deck is located on the front of the cottage providing a 180 degree spectacular view of Lake Okanagan while limiting the view of surrounding cottages.

Nearby attractions include horseback riding, Fintry Provincial Park, bicycling, golf, bowling, casino, cross-country skiing, fishing, ice skating, movie theatre, shopping, snowmobiling, ATV trails, outdoor water-slide parks (Westbank and Vernon), wineries (Mission Hill, Gray Monk Cellars and Summerhill Pyramid Winery, and many others. Spring and fall wine festivals are held in Kelowna), petting farms.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $150 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $75.00 on 7 day stays may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
