Payments and Policies

Payment Details

After you have contacted the owner and availability has been confirmed, your name, contact information, dates of stay and rental fee will be provided to the resort's guest services department. They will contact you with the terms and methods of payment for the remainder of the fee plus the applicable Goods and Services, Hotel and other taxes. Guest services will also provide you with a confirmation of the booking which will address the damage deposit, cancellation and other policies. Any questions or concerns you have regarding the rental of this cottage can be addressed either directly with the owner or with the guest services department.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
