50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

- Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
- Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
