A bright, modern apartment, on the edge of a forest. In summer it is surrounded by mimosa, roses and lavender, and all year round offers utter peace and tranquillity set in several areas of woodland and olive trees. It is attached to the owners villa and shares a gated entrance and large parking area but has a private entrance to the apartment with a terrace and pergola in the woods. The pool overlooks the garden (pool shared with, but seldom used by owners), which has a sliding glass roof for all year bathing and stone BBQ area. The old village of Flayosc is a short drive, and the larger, bustling town of Draguignan is 10 k away through countryside. For trips to the coast, Fréjus and St. Tropez offer sandy beaches. Parking. Shared swimming pool (7.8m x 3.8m, depth 1.5m). Internet access. Washing machine. Satellite TV. DISTANCES: 2km W of Flaysoc (all facilities), 10km W of Draguignan (market town, all facilities), 37km N of Fréjus (sandy beaches, nightlife).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
