Delightful apartment (40 m2) in the old city centre of Florence just a short distance from Piazza del Duomo and Piazza Santa Croce, which are about 500-600 m away. The house is located in the limited traffic area. It is possible to park in the garages in the area.

ACCOMMODATION: 3rd fl.: living/dining/kitchen area (oven, TV) with divan bed, small toilette (washbasin and WC) and separate shower room. By means of a rather steep staircase you access the overhead gallery (open to the living room) with a double bed. Equipped and shaded terrace. Air conditioning. ADSL line Internet connection.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
