Beautiful, independent villa (365 m2) dating back to the 18th century which has been recently restored, situated along the famous Via Bolognese, only 6 km from the centre of Florence. The villa is set on the hills around Florence and offers exstensive views over the Dome and over the whole city. The house, surrounded by a large garden (about 600 m2), is well equipped and tastefully furnished with beautiful pieces and some antiques. Thanks to its proximity to Florence, rich in events at any time of the year, the villa is suitable for winter rentals as well. At guests' disposal: a large garden equipped for outdoor meals, a partially above-ground swimming-pool (4x8 m - maximum depth 1,35 m) (1/5-31/10), three panoramic terraces, one with wonderful views over Florence. DISTANCES: Food shop and a bar are about 200 m away, the historical centre of Florence 6 km, the old and enchanting town of Fiesole 5 km, Siena about 70 km. A bus stop with busses to the city centre and to the railway station is only a few metres away from the villa.

TV), living room with wide windows, living-room with fireplace, dining-room, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave), toilet (washing-machine). 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with large panoramic balcony (24 m2) and sofa-bed, 1 twin-bedded room with balcony, 1 bedroom with French bed, single bed and balcony, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, small kitchen (oven), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. 2nd fl.: 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower. 3rd fl.: panoramic balcony. On request it is possible to arrange cooking classes in the owner's ancient residence located in the centre of Florence (price to be agreed with the owner at the time a booking is confirmed). The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
