Small apartment in an ancient palace on the left bank of the Arno river, in an alley at the foot of Piazzale Michelangelo. The traffic in the area is not limited, but the bedroom and the living room face the internal garden. A pleasant walk along the Arno will lead you to Ponte Vecchio and from there on to Piazza Signoria. Covered parking. DISTANCES: Shops with basic supplies within a radius of 200 m, bus stop for the city centre 100 m.
ACCOMMODATION: (34 m2) 1st fl.: living/dining room (TV) with kitchen corner (microwave, washing machine), 1 double bedroom, 1 very small bathroom with shower. Simple furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available. Microwave.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
