Recently renovated with character studio located in a tasteful area in the heart
of Florence. Very quite and very luminous, the studio is overlooking the medieval Florentine wall. It has parquet floor and typical Tuscany roof ceiling.
The studio is in the heart of Florence steps by Ponte Vecchio, Uffizzi Gallery and Santa Croce, on a delightful corner of the Oltrarno.
Just in between Piazzale Michelangelo and the Arno river. Boboli garden and recently restored Bardini garden are 5 min. from the studio.
Nearby there are many nice typical restaurants and cafe's. Also a tennis club.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
