Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.
The heater is paid on the base of Euro 1.5 per cube meter.
If guest uses heat, they will be charged accordingly by the owner.

The apartment is situated in the centre of the city of FLorence at few meters to "Boboli gardens" and "Ponte Vecchio" and few meters to "Pitti Square", "Signoria square" and "Cathedral Square"
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). As a big tourist city Florence gives tourists many possibilities including golf courses.
It is possible to get there by bus or by car without problems.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Located in the centre of the city of Florence a few minutes walk from shops, department shops, restaurants, museums and all attractions that a city like Florence can offer.
• The nearest city situated on the mediterranean sea is Viareggio that is about one hour of driving from Florence.
There is a fast and comfortable motorway that connects Florence with Viareggio and with "Versilia" which includes famous other localities as Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Camaiore etc.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 15 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
