The apartment is placed in the heart of the historical Centre between the Cathedral and Piazza della Signoria. Most of the town was built during the Renaissance but this area maintains a medieval atmosphere, with its typical entanglement of old narrow streets.
At the third floor of an old building between the tower-house of the Donatis (XII-XIII century) on one side, and the oldest "Torre della Pagliazza" (VI century) on the other side, is the apartment Gioia 1 (pedestrian area), with its charming view over Dome and Giotto tower.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). A vehicle is required to drive (about 45 minutes) to the 'Ugolino' or 'Poggio ai Medici' golf and country club with private parking.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The nearest sky resort is the Abetone Sky Resort (1 hour and half by car)
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The unit is located in the historical centre of the town that is full of beautiful restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and famous shops (Gucci, Ferragamo, Prada, Armani, Versace, Cavalli, Cartier, Vuitton, Bulgari, Hermes...)

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. .

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
