This charming apartment with a beautiful garden is located in the ancient quarter of S.Niccolò right at the side of the Medieval walls that once surrounded Florence. S.Niccolò is a lively area with many restaurants and wine bars and is within 5-10 minutes from all the major artistic sites in Florence. The apartment has an independent entrance and a private garden where you can dine and relax in complete peace. Fully equipped it has wooden beamed ceiling, wooden floors, and is tastefully decorated and furnished. Air-conditioning, safe, jacuzzi, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

Payment Details
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
30% advanced payment is required by bank swift to secure the booking. Balance due upon arrival by cash only, or one week before arrival by bank swift.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
