The location is ideal in the heart of historical centre, between the marvellous DUOMO and the MUSEO DELL’ACCADEMIA that hosts the famous DAVID created by Michelangelo. Other highlights such as the Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, the Bargello are only 5 minute walking distance from our accommodation.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

    5% fee charged when using PayPal

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
