Lovingly restored lemon-house of a 1400 ancient and quiet park. There are several other locally owned houses on this park, all recently restored.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The drive to the nearest shopping and dining is about 5 minutes. Florence within 8 minutes, Chianti area within 10 minutes, Siena 25 minutes.
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 18 years old.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 p/h.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
